“Two Ways to Approach Difficulties” • 1st Samuel 23 – Brother Jonah Lowrance. Contrasting the actions of King Saul and David, Brother Jonah teaches that we should not assume God’s will for our lives based just on passed deliverances. We need to seek His will all the time. The best way to find the will of God is under gospel teaching in His church (Ephesians 4:11-16)
“A Better Tabernacle” • Hebrews 9:1-2 – Elder Bryce Lowrance The Old Testament Covenant of Worship taught the children of Israel and us that perfection was required in order to be in fellowship with a Holy God. The various items in the tabernacle and temple were pictures of Jesus Christ. In this first sermon about those types and shadows of Christ, Elder Bryce teaches about the various things in the first part of the holy tabernacle. All of these elements point toward Jesus being a greater and more perfect tabernacle (vs. 11) for us.
