“Make Haste” • Elder Bryce H. Lowrance. Starting with Psalm 70, Elder Bryce reminds us that we very often ask the Lord to help us quickly, and God in His mercy does send end aid just in time. Therefore, in response to this marvelous grace a mercy, we should make haste to learn more about Jesus and be quick to serve Him. Using examples of the shepherds upon hearing of Jesus’ birth, Mary’s rushing to Elisabeth with the good news, and Jesus’ call for Zacchaeus to “make haste,” we see that urgent attention to praising God is the proper response to the good news that the Prince of Peace has come!
