“Hannah and the Birth of Samuel” • 1st Samuel – Brother Jonah Lowrance. Hannah was barren but greatly desired a son. She prayed to God with the promise to devote him to the service of God. God answered her prayer and gave her Samuel. This shows us that God is delighted to answer prayers that ultimately lead to His glory.

“What God Says About Jesus” • Hebrews 1:4-14 – Elder Bryce Lowrance. The Apostle Paul makes a two-pronged defense of the superiority of Jesus Christ over the angels. The first argument is that Jesus is God. Jesus is the Son; angels are His servants. Christ is King; angels are His subjects. Jesus is the Creator; angels are created beings. Therefore, He is higher than the angels and deserves our praise and worship.
